 Mr. Stark is a 2nd Dan kukkiwon certified black belt and has been training for over 5 years. Mr. Stark has won numerous awards in forms and sparring at regional competitions. In addition to taekwondo, he served in the Army Military Police and is a Desert Storm Combat Veteran. In the civilian sector, Mr. Stark has worked as a Private Investigator and in the security field. He graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree and currently works in corporate marketing. Mr. Larson is a Kukkiwon certified 2nd dan black belt. He has been training for over 8 years. Mr. Larson is a graduate from MacArthur high school and Parkland College. Mr. Larson is an assistant instructor under Master Sharp and also referees at many competitions. Besides taekwondo Mr. Larson enjoys hunting, racing, and football. Mr. Sheffield has been training in taekwondo since June 2004. He is a kukkiwon certified 1st dan black belt. Mr. Sheffield trains 3-4 days each week and is one of our therapeutic class instructors. Mr. Sheffield trains with his daughter Jessica. He also helps in our kid's classes. Along with helping coach at tournaments and nationals he plans to test for his 2nd dan in August. Mr. Sheffield has worked at Clinton Power Plant for 25 years and has a degree in nuclear power generation. Miss Sheffield is a 2nd poom kukkiwon certified black belt preparing to test for her 3rd poom in August. She assists with many kids classes and she specializes in weapons. Miss Sheffield has trained for over 6 years and attends classes 3-4 days per week. She has competed in numerous tournaments. Some of her accomplishments include 3 gold medals and 3 silver medals in national competitions in forms and weapons. She also has 4 grand championships in forms and 2 grand championships in weapons. Along with this Miss Sheffield is a high honor student at Maroa-Forsyth Middle School. Mr. Allison is a kukkiwon certified 3rd dan black belt with over 20 years of taekwondo training. He is currently working towards his 4th dan. Mr. Allison helps kids classes and beginners classes. He is married and has 2 sons. Mr. Allison is also carpenter with Decatur Carpenters Local #742.
Mr. West has training in various martial arts for over 12 years. He has been training in Taekwondo for 4 years and is a Kukkiwon certified 1st dan black belt. Mr. West is currently working towards testing for his 2nd dan during the summer of 2010. Mr. West also holds ranks in Goju Ryu, Aiki Jujitsu, and Sabakikai. He holds a bachelor of fine arts in Music Education from Millikin University and a Masters of Science in Educational Administration from Eastern Illinois University. Mr. West also teaches band in Decatur Public Schools and trumpet at Millikin University.  Miss Divya Verma is a kukkiwon certified 1st dan black belt and has been training in taekwondo for 8 years. She is a Senior at Maroa-Forsyth High School and a high honor student. She plans to continue her training through college. Miss Divya is an assistant instructor in our kid's and beginner's classes. Miss Inas Mahmood is a kukkiwon certified 1st poom black belt. She has been training in taekwondo for over 10 years. Miss Mahmood has competed in several tournaments and also nationals. She is also a high honor student at Maroa-Forsyth High School.  Miss Brittany Smith is a kukkiwon certified 2nd dan black belt. Miss Smith has been training for over 8 years. She has been an active competitor for 8 years winning Grand Champion in sparring many times. She is also a national competitor and preparing for the 2010 AAU nationals in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. Miss Smith is a senior at Limestone Community High School and is a member of the National Honor Society. She will be graduating this year and then attending Illinois Central College in the Fall.
